pregnancy tests are becoming incredibly accurate these days, about 97%. after the act, wait about 3 weeks before your body starts secreting pregnancy hormons. there are no false positives because only a particular hormone only secreted during pregnancy activates the positive setting. although ive heard of women who get pregnant, know theyre pregnant because of blood tests and over the counter pregnancy tests show negative for months. i not sure about the spotting. i think about 4 weeks.
